No speedboats or jet skis just relax and float on a tube. Enjoy a fire or barbeque. Close to fishing and watersports on popular Ausable River. Close to trail entrance for snowmobiles and ATV's. Large parking area available on property. Check out local amusement park or golf courses. The space bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a twin trundle. Living room couch also pulls out into a queen size bed. Full size washer and dryer and full kitchen with all amenities. Guest access Guests will have access to 1 acre of lake front property (200' of frontage), and a 80 ft dock with platform perfect for swimming or floating. Public beach access within walking distance. Please only access the water from the dock as the bottom is not sand. Boat launch is located to the north of the property and adjoins the property. Large parking area in front of red cottage is available closest to Caldwell Rd with U driveway for easy in and out. Owner charges $2 to use boat launch.
