The space 100 + year old home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs with shared driveway and fenced in back yard. Laundry room in unit available for guest use during stay. One enclosed 3 season porch (not heated in winter) and one covered outside porch for your use. Guest access Entire home except basement and attic. Other things to note Please watch your head when going up or coming down stairs; there is a low ceiling at the bottom landing. Please watch your step coming out of the bedroom on the right at the top of the stairs! If you have a pet with you, please clean up after it inside and outside! If you are visiting us during the winter/spring, PLEASE leave the windows and doors closed, WE are not heating the outside! You will incur a surcharge for excessive use of fuel.
