Step back in time at Grandma's house with some original woodwork, a sun porch, covered porch to enjoy the evening. We welcome fishermen, hunters and anyone who wants to enjoy the fall colors! Beautiful fall landscape all around. Public fishing access to the Delaware River is just across the street. Only 1 mile from downtown Hancock, NY. where you can enjoy the farmers market May - October, hiking and kayaking available in the area also. Guests must be 21 or older to rent this property. The space 100 + year old home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs with shared driveway and fenced in back yard. Laundry room in unit available for guest use during stay. One enclosed 3 season porch (not heated in winter) and one covered outside porch for your use. Guest access Entire home except basement and attic. Other things to note Please watch your head when going up or coming down stairs; there is a low ceiling at the bottom landing. Please watch your step coming out of the bedroom on the right at the top of the stairs! If you have a pet with you, please clean up after it inside and outside! If you are visiting us during the winter/spring, PLEASE leave the windows and doors closed, WE are not heating the outside! You will incur a surcharge for excessive use of fuel.
