Lovely villa with garden and proximity to swimming

Welcome to our lovely villa in beautiful Onsala. Cultural reserve behind the house and a forest with walking and running trails. There are several different swimming areas with Gottskär, which is the closest, about 2 km away. The house has a lovely garden but a large area in the back made for games and socializing. The house has plenty of room for a large family with 4 bedrooms. Our accommodation includes our cozy cat, named Tandlöse. He has his own cat flap but would like fresh water. He's very nice and likes to cuddle. The space Basement house with main entrance upstairs. Enters directly into open space with kitchen and large living room. Two bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. As well as a spacious balcony facing south. On the lower floor there are two more bedrooms and a social room (game room and TV are there today). There is a toilet and laundry room with laundry facilities and drying cabinet as well as a shower and sauna. Guest access You will be able to access the whole house. Two storage rooms downstairs are locked that you do not have access to and the garage is closed and you do not have access there either. Mostly because we store private things there. Other things to note Our cat lives in the house and he welcomes you as guests. He'd like you to give him water a few times a week. He gets food from his automatic cat feeder, but if you want to give him extra good food that is in the house, you are welcome to do so. He has a cat flap on the lower floor that he goes in and out of himself.
