Guest access Coin (quarters only operated) laundry on underground level. $2 per load for washer and dryer. Parking available on first come, first serve basis in the open area. Possibility of available parking is high and it is requested to park in reverse. Parking spots under building are reserved. In addition, 3 parking spaces are available at the far end of the building open area by the fence beach side. Other things to note Entrance key to building is found in lockbox attached to lamppost on the front left side of building facing the fence side. You will get full details on code to access once fully booked. There you will find 2 keys, one blue round scanner key to pedestrian gate which leads you into the parking lot. The smaller key to mailbox 401 located next to the lobby entrance door of building. In the mailbox you will find a small beeper, key scanner (black) to enter the lobby and 1 key for gate & door of 401 condo. A beeper to enter car gate into parking lot is provided as well. A parking lot sticker is included to hang in the rearview mirror. (Please don't forget to put the parking sticker back in mailbox before you return your rental car.....VERY IMPORTANT, it has happened before). Apartment is on 4th floor, first condo is labeled at your right hand side after walking out of elevator with a wide ornamental iron gate.
