Located only a 5-minute walk from beach in Ichinomiya, the surfing venue for the Tokyo Olympics, our seaside villa offers the best vacation experience! The building features specious living room and 5 bedrooms for 16 guests. 500㎡ property includes terrace, grassy garden, and parking for 6 cars. You can enjoy BBQ at place 2-minute walk from the facility. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND COMING BY OWN CAR. Activities such as ball games, smoking, or anything that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited. The space The property was fully renovated in 2022. 1. Living Room (30㎡): A spacious living room with a high vaulted ceiling, a fan-equipped light, an 8-person sofa and a table, a 65-inch internet-connected TV, and a children's playhouse filled with toys and amenities. 2. Dining Kitchen: A large dining area with a 10-person table, 2 high chairs at a counter table, 4 folding chairs, a toddler chair, a wine glass hanging rack from the ceiling, an automatic dishwasher, a 3-burner IH cooking heater with a fish grill, an internet-commected TV, a hot plate, a portable gas stove, and a clay pot for cooking hot pot dishes. 3. 5 Bedrooms: On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with two single beds (totaling 8 beds) plus 4 futon sets. On the first floor, there is a Japanese-style tatami room (8 tatami mats) with 4 futon sets. Accommodates up to 16 guests. 4. 1.5 Bathrooms: A spacious bathroom with a large bathtub and a washing area (with drying and heating function), and an additional shower room with direct access from the outside. 5. 2 Wash Basins: One on the first floor and one on the second floor, each with a makeup counter table and a chair. 6. 2 Toilets: One on the first floor and one on the second floor, both with a shower toilet equipment. 7. 1 Laundry Room: A large washing machine and a large gas dryer (dries clothes very quickly and makes them fluffy). 8. 1 Observation Room: Accessed by a ladder from the second floor, offering a 360-degree view, including the ocean. (Note: Please read the on-site safety instructions carefully before using it, as there is a risk of falling.) 9. 1 Work Room: Features a long counter table, two work chairs, one monitor screen, a standing PC workstation, one keyboard, and one mouse. 10. Outdoor Storage and Surroundings: Free outdoor equipment rentals, including 3 outdoor tables, many chairs, a cooler box, one bicycle, a toddler slide, and a vinyl pool. Guest access Our facility is usually used by the host as a vacation house, and is rented out to guests when the host is absent. Rooms and cabinets where the host's personal belongings are stored are marked as 'Private,' so please do not open them. During your stay, there may be occasions when we need to enter the premise or the building for necessary tasks. In such cases, we will always contact you in advance to ask for your kind cooperation. Other things to note **Important Notes:** 1. The property to the south is a residence of a dog trainer who lives with many dogs. You may sometimes hear barking during the day or night. If you are sensitive to noise or do not like dogs, please take this into account when deciding the booking. The building has double-glazed windows for soundproofing as well as shutters. 2. The property to the north is a parking lot. On some days, surfers may park there from early in the morning. While the noise is not very loud, you might hear voices or sounds of board waxing. To avoid disturbing the neighbors with noise, please refrain from making loud noises, playing music, or holding parties. Use of outdoor areas, such as terrace and garden, is prohibited after 9:00 PM. Please also be mindful of any odors or soap bubbles in the garden. BBQs, ball games, or fireworks are prohibited at all times in the garden or the terrace (though handheld fireworks are allowed at the beach). Children should only play in designated areas. If there are complaints from neighbors or if we notice rule violations via outdoor security cameras, the host may issue a warning. There have been cases where the police were called. 4. The BBQ location is "B&B House FAM". It is a 2-minute walk from the facility and can accommodate only 1 car. Please enjoy the BBQ while following ira usage rules. 5. We do not accept bookings from groups where all members are under 20 years old. In case this is discovered, your reservation will be immediately canceled, and you will be required to leave without exception. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the building, at the entire property. 7.
