The 31 sqm apartment has a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/dining room for 1 or 2 people. Baker in the shopping center, open from 7:00 am. Charging facility for electric cars and e-bikes (from PV system!) and safe parking available. Non-smokers. Shopping center with pharmacy 100 m away. Also only 100 m to the Weser. The space Tiles in kitchen and bathroom. Vinyl floor in the living/dining room - allergy-friendly Grundig TV with streaming option for different providers. Guest access Closed area with private access. Other things to note A high-quality snack bar and Minden's best ice cream parlor (from March to November) are 100 and 500 meters away, respectively.
