Newly-built cottage with sea view near Steninge Strand

Here you will find a completely newly built cottage with Fantastic sea views near Steninge beach. You wake up and go to bed to the glittering sea. Stroll to Steninges nice sandy beach. Here you can choose to swim from beach or cliffs. If you have children with you, then they will love crab fishing here :) Enjoy good food at any of the popular restaurants. From Steninge you are close to both Halmstad and Falkenberg, golf courses, tennis and padel courts. Cleaning not included. The space The cottage is located on one corner of our property. Open-plan with kitchen and dining table. The kitchen has a cooker,oven,fridge and freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Toilet with ceiling shower. The bedroom has a bunk bed and the sleeping loft have two beds. Large patio deck with dining area and parasols. Guest access As guest you have access to the cottage as well as its patio deck. Incidentally, the garden outside the fence is not available. To reach the cottage please go via the path that goes in front of the cottage (towards the sea to). Parking pocket is along the plot, below you follow the cozy little path to the cottage. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are not included so don't forget that :) Electric car charging is not available. Think about cleaning the cottage as nice as when you arrived :)
