This beautiful, private guest suite is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, settled on a cul-de-sac on the marsh! Only 3 miles to Sullivans Island, and 1.7 to Shem Creek this is the perfect location to everything! Your suite has its own entrance with no shared indoor spaces. The suite has a small entry room with a sofa & small table, a king size bed and walk in closet in the main room. You have your own bathroom, a microwave, fridge, & coffeemaker. It is completely private, with a shared wall and a locked sliding door. You have your own separate, exterior entrance onto the sun room. *Please note- there are no shared indoor spaces, but because this is a room in our house, you will at times, hear noises through the walls and footsteps from the upstairs. Guests don’t have to enter the rest of the house at all. Please see the photo with the floor plan, the area in yellow is the guests’ space. You also have access to our pool and any of the outside, uncovered area around the pool. *Please note- the pool and the suite are not baby/kid proof, please watch children at all times inside & outside, and swim at your own risk.* We have an outdoor shower on the side of the house, please feel free to use, esp after the beach. This is a large bedroom, sunroom, and a large bathroom. This bedroom fits 2 adults comfortably and 3 people if the 3rd is a baby/toddler. The bedroom includes a king size bed, a sound machine, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and dresser. The large walk in closet is available for use! There is a washer and dryer in the closet, with complimentary detergent. The sunroom (the room you enter) has a sofa and side table. The bathroom has a large, stone, rain shower, a large, relaxing bathtub, as well as dual sinks. You are provided with your own parking spot on the left driveway. Please note: we do not allow third party bookings. *Need to check in early or check out late? Just ask and we will try our best to accommodate! We are a family from Charleston and can give you many recommendations for restaurants and things to do! We love hosting and will do our best to accommodate your needs! Guest access You have a private gate to enter the pathway to your room. Once you enter through the gate, there are steps leading to the stairs to your room. You must be able to climb stairs to get to and from your room. You are welcome to use the pool and the uncovered area around the pool. It is our family pool so we may be out there as well with family and friends. At the top of the stairs, there is a landing and you enter into a sunroom. You have 3 rooms to yourself, a sunroom a bedroom and a bathroom. The door to your room is securely locked with a smart lock. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside on the property. We also do not allow pets. This is a perfect suite for 2 people on a long weekend. We do not have a full kitchen or dining accommodations, so please keep that in mind if booking a longer stay. *You Must be a verified Airbnb guest with a history of positive reviews to book with us. Thank you for respecting our house rules. We are a family with young children so you might see or hear us outside and inside, as this is our permanent home. The house is fairly quiet from the hours of about 9 pm to about 7 am. We will try our best to be as quiet and respectful as possible after those hours as well, but during the week you will probably hear us around the property getting ready for work and school.
