Sleepy Side of the Smokie's

Our little get away cabin is nestled in the Smoky Mountains and overlooks the 550,000 acres of National Forest. Peaceful, quiet location, mountain view, yet close to the attractions of the area. . Two bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full, 1 bath upstairs. Oak hardwood floors. Basement: Not available for rental Note: Short moderately steep gravel road for those bringing motorcycles. The space Our cabin is 1/2 mile off the Foothills Parkway, a beautiful scenic drive up the parkway with several overlooks. Look Rock Tower is 1 mile from our cabin, with incredible views. We are nestled in the woods but have a great view of the Smoky Mountains. Lots of wildlife in the area. You do need a fishing license. Great hiking right around the cabin, as well as all kinds of trails available in and around the National Park. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, with exception of basement ,which is completely furnished, a completely functional kitchen, well stocked with all necessities as well as linens, and towels. The cabin also has a washer and dryer available in a separate laundry room. Other things to note We have a Fire Ring. Spending time roasting marshmallows, singing songs and telling stores are great Memories! These are the rules that apply: No minors around the campfire without adult supervision. Always make sure the fire is completely extinguished. There is a shovel in the laundry room, a water house located to the right of the porch stairs, and fire extinguishers in both kitchen areas.
