Peaceful 5 Bed Family House near Stockbridge

Welcome to Fellers Lodge, an idyllic retreat for families all year. Nestled within the beautiful Bentley Woods, Fellers is situated on 5 acres of gardens and fields. 15 minutes from Stockbridge. Our home is an extensively renovated, spacious and comfortable home, in the middle of the Test Valley. West Tytherley is a picturesque village, with a pub and amazing village shop a short walk away. The Clarendon Way and the Test Way are two of the renowned walks locally. The space Beautifully decorated, it is warm and spacious. A large family kitchen with seating, a sitting room and a separate playroom with a games room- the house welcomes families giving lots of space and options. 5 bedrooms (x1 Superking, x1 King, x1Double, x1 kids twin, x1 single) and 3.5 bathrooms (1 ensuite). Every room in our house has a unique and comfortable feel . There are numerous different places to escape to, both inside and out. - The open plan kitchen has a large table to eat at, bar stools at the kitchen island, and a sofa to relax on. The French doors lead you directly onto the large patio which is another great entertaining space. - The drawing room is a peaceful and relaxing place to be, with the log fire in the winter months. It is our favourite room in the house both in summer and winter. The exposed beams create the cosy cottage feel- even though the house is lovely and spacious. - A Playroom is full of toys and books, games and a craft room. The wood burner makes this a very toasty room on the coldest days of the winter. - A boot room / laundry room and downstairs loo completes the downstairs. Upstairs - We have 5 bedrooms, 1 of which is ensuite, with a further family bathroom and a shower room. Outside - Our 5 acres of garden, stables and fields are very private and secluded. We look out onto the beautiful woods. You don't realise you are on the edge of the lovely village and it is very peaceful. We are fortunate to have amazing walks and bike rides, the village playground, pub and village shop on our doorstep. Guest access There are two large TVs internet enabled, and both have access to Amazon Prime and Netflix. In the non-winter months, the garden has a large trampoline, 21ft above ground outdoor pool.
