This is an insurance requirement to help ensure guest safety. We want you to have a safe and enjoyable stay—if you have any questions, just ask! And lastly… Just a quick heads-up we provide to guests in case they are planning to have friends or relatives who may visit. Englewood has some specific short-term rental rules in place. There’s a maximum occupancy rule: 2 guests per bedroom, plus 2 additional guests — so for our place, that means a total of 6 people max on the property. We must insist that this rule is followed. Also, due to a local water restriction, the use of the outdoor hose is currently prohibited.
