Dry Dock 3 - Two bedroom Presque Isle Escape

Welcome to The Dry Dock! Just about 1 mile from the Presque Isle entrance, Waldameer and great fishing areas. This 2-bed apartment on the 2nd floor has a full kitchen, small family room with extra pull out queen bed, Wi-Fi,smart TV, A/C, security cameras, and outdoor lighting. The “Public Dock" area is open to all Dry Dock guests for outdoor dining and grilling as well as fire pits and lawn games. Unit has small private patio on steps. Boat trailer parking for a fee available. The space This is a second-floor unit at the Dry Fock. There is a full flight upstairs to get to this unit. It has two bedrooms. The one bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. There is a Sol pull out queen sofa in the small family room. Kitchen will have the basic essentials for light cooking. Full size stove and fridge. Bathroom will have towels, body wash and shampoo. Beds will have fresh linens. The smart tv will require your subscription for shows other than free apps that are on downloaded. Guest access Guests will use the unique digital code that Airbnb provides them in their reservation arrival guide. We have Schlage digital locks. We also have back up key boxes. If for some reason, the technology of the digital code fails. You’re able to call Airbnb CustomerService, and they will provide you with the code to the key box which is at our door. You will self check in upon arrival. Parking will be next to your front door area. The wood steps. Other things to note Pets? We do have a area in the back apartment complex that you may exercise your dogs and we do ask that when possible you try to use that area for them to use the bathroom. There are dog poop bags on the fence so you can pick up after your dog. Please keep dogs on leashes at all times.there is an area for yard games when possible please do not let dogs pee in that area. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in units. You will be charged a large clean up fee to get unit properly ready for future guests. If you do plan on using the fire pit. You can bring your own wood. We do try to stock it. It is approximately $10 a bundle. At times it does run out on the weekends when we are busy. The local grocery stores and beer distributors usually do sell wood in this area
