Welcome to The Dry Dock! @ 1 mile to Presque Isle entrance, Waldameer. 2 beds (1queen, 1full) - 2nd floor, full kitchen, small family room w/ pull out queen bed sofa ,Wi-Fi,smart TV, A/C, security cameras,outdoor lighting. The “Public Dock" in rear of complex for Dry Dock guests’.outdoor dining, grilling, fire pits, lawn games. Unit has small private patio on steps. Boat trailer parking for a fee. We hope to repeat guests with our comfortable beds, clean units and being responsive to you. The space This is a second-floor unit at the Dry Dock . There is a full flight upstairs to get to this unit. It has two bedrooms. The one bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. There is a Sol pull out queen sofa in the small family room. Kitchen will have the basic essentials for light cooking. Full size stove and fridge. Bathroom will have towels, body wash and shampoo. Beds will have fresh linens. The smart tv will require your subscription for shows other than free apps that are on downloaded. This Dry dock complex does have a on-site manager. For your assistance if things arise during your stay. We also have multiple hosts that have access to the app to be responsive and quick to answer your questions. Let me know if you have any questions before booking, we’d be happy to help. This is a pet friendly complex. We do clean thoroughly between guest. But if you do have extreme allergies, please reach out. There are a couple units that we have that typically do not have pets. Guest access Guests will use the unique digital code that Airbnb provides them in their reservation arrival guide. We have Schlage digital locks. We also have back up key boxes. If for some reason, the technology of the digital code fails. You will self check in upon arrival. Parking will be next to your front door area. The wood steps in picture lead to your apartment. Parking is right next to the wood steps. Security camera at door. Other things to note Pets? We do have a area in the back apartment complex that you may exercise your dogs and we do ask that when possible you try to use that area for them to use the bathroom. There are dog poop bags on the fence so you can pick up after your dog. Please keep dogs on leashes at all times.there is an area for yard games when possible please do not let dogs pee in that area. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in units. You will be charged a large clean up fee to get unit properly ready for future guests. If you do plan on using the fire pit. You can bring your own wood. We do try to stock it. It is approximately $10 a bundle. At times it does run out on the weekends when we are busy. The local grocery stores and beer distributors usually do sell wood in this area
