Simple garden guesthouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything! The space Studio has one comfy queen bed (additional blow up mattress available upon request). Private bathroom - (note: the one sink is steps away, part of the kitchenette). Hot plate, microwave (w/ pizza oven), hot water kettle and full eating sets make basic cooking easy. The guesthouse patio is unfinished but provides a semi-private seating area to enjoy our backyard with a large veggie & flower garden. While we do our best to respect guests' space, we do frequent our backyard and we do have kids. We have a safe, walkable and fairly quiet neighborhood, and feel lucky to live so centrally located. In the meantime, it does blend with our family backyard and garden. Feel free to wander and explore it.
