Bathrooms: Modern and pristine, the bathrooms include two with full baths, one Jack-and-Jill style, and a convenient powder room. Each is equipped with premium fixtures and fittings. Kitchen & Dining: A chef's dream, our kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and ample space for culinary exploration. The adjacent dining area, with its elegant setting, is perfect for both formal meals and casual dining. Other things to note Let's talk parties, there are no parties here. Can you do events? Yes, weddings, corporate meetings, get-togethers, family reunions, and birthday parties. The house is situated in a neighborhood where we value and respect our neighbors, as well as their space, peace, and tranquility. Planning an event, lets do it, but please talk to us first. Per the city of Irving, the house can not be listed to house more than 11 overnight guests. Important Note on Pool and Hot Tub Heating: Our luxurious pool and hot tub share a heating system, designed for your comfort across all seasons. Please note the following heating options and associated fees: Summer Season (Pool & Hot Tub): During the warm summer months, the pool naturally reaches pleasant temperatures in the 90s and typically does not require additional heating. However, if you wish to heat the spa/hot tub, there is a fee of $50 per day. Winter Season (Pool & Hot Tub): During the cooler winter months, both the pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional daily fee of $50. This ensures a warm and enjoyable experience, regardless of the outside temperature.
