villa butterfly : 2-bedrooms with indoor Fireplace

Take a little holiday from your daily bussiness and go to our " Villa Butterfly "....up on high ground, surrounded by mountains and nature all around. Healthy environment, no tourism and the locals are friendly. This special place is hidden in the valley and it feels like you are far away of civilization, but it is just 20 minutes from Sukabumi shopping Center ! Your Host is just 100 meter apart from your Villa and will guide you if you like. Breakfast is super-delicious and fresh - Welcome The space The Villa is a creative mix of Asia and Europa ; You have your own parking place and for visitors or friends there is enough space to park their cars in front of the Villa. The living room is cosy with a real inside fireplace. But also outside we have a fireplace/Barbecue. In The backyard there is a practice tenniswall and a professional basketball net. We have 2 tennisrackets and balls. Dogs and cats are allowed and there is enough place to wander around. In the front there is a large terrace where you can sit comfortable and can listen to the sound of nature. You can fresh up in the bathroom with hot water shower and there is an european toilet in it. Naturally there is a kitchen with everything you need to cook. The Villa is allowed for 4 persons and maximum 6 persons. Although we only serve Breakfast for 4 Persons. thank you. Guest access Feel free to be FREE - there is so much space in and out.... Other things to note Take notice : this place is very special, because it was a Resort for the Rich back in 2008. But 15 years ago, the roads were very bad and the weather was twice as cold.....so the rich people moved elswhere and the place became abandoned. The last 3 years we are rebuilding this area and for 2022 there are 3 Villa's rebuild. There are 2 houses with people living and your hosts are there too, but further you are in quiet place....no motors, no cars and no pollution. You are surrounded with nature and the old abandoned Villa's , which we are rebuilding.....Warungs and shops are 10 to 15 minutes away. Police-station, Hospital around 12 minutes away....and the city shopping center 20 minutes away. The jungle, camping ground, the "Suspension bridge", Situ Gunung are not far away.........Pelabuhan Ratu ( sea and beach ) is 2 1/2 hours away....There are 2 cafe/resto within 5 minutes drive and 10/15 minutes walking. Very nice culinair places with live music and the best vieuw on the valley.
