New Self Catering - Air Conditioning Apartments

Directly on the bike path, on the edge of the nature reserve and 4 km from Lake Constance, our cozy self-catering apartments are fully equipped, with everything you need to feel comfortable - air conditioning, electric blinds, electric awning on the 15 m² terrace, SB-shop with drinks, food, etc. rental bikes, underground parking and much more. The space Our apartments were opened in June 2022 and very comfortably furnished. They can accommodate 1 to 4, or some apartments up to 5 people. The modern kitchens are fully equipped, with fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and an oven/micro combo. Both floors have a smart TV and USB sockets. The beds have high quality mattresses and the bedding is the finest bedding of the highest quality. This bed linen is produced with us in the village and also washed here. Guest access With your room card you have access to the laundry room in the underground car park, which you can use at any time (washing machine, dryer, ironing board + iron, vacuum cleaner..) Other things to note Our reception is Monday to Friday from 8 am - 11 am, outside of these hours you can check in - and check out 24/7 at our check-in machine.
