The property is a 5 minutes walk from shops, pubs, art galleries, antique shops etc. Ideally located for exploring the many local walks and cycle routes or day trips to the Suffolk coast or surrounding medieval villages The space The bungalow is spacious and boasts underfloor heating and an open fire. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The large covered patio and hybrid charcoal/gas barbecue allows for al fresco dining in the warmer months. A high chair, baby bath and cot are also available Guest access The bungalow is self contained. Access is along a common path past 1 The Orchards and through a wooden gate labelled 'Walled Garden'. Access to the cricket field and footpaths beyond is through the black gate at the end of the orchard (past the green house)
