Ensuite Bathroom BEDROOM 2 (Double-bed) This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi and a cosy seating area. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony BEDROOM 3 (Double-bed) This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi and a cosy seating area. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony BATHROOMS (Private/Shared) There are 3 attached bathrooms and a common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Ground Floor) There is a spacious living room on the ground floor. Include AC and sofa-style seating area for 10 people. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN (No Access) Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with crockery and cutlery are available for 12 people. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN (Private) There is a lawn with seating for up to 15 people. POOL (Private) There is a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 8 people at any given time. The pool also has a waterfall for a refreshing experience. The pool is 28x7.5 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. It is accessible from 10 AM to 8 PM. Guest access -The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. - There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. Other things to note - Kindly note, this home may not be ideal for toddlers, children and family groups, as the staircase leading to the upper level floors do not have railings and the sockets are on the floor. Guests are advised to be cautious. - This property is suitable for pets, however, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.  - Parking space is secured for up to 3 cars.  - In case of a power outage, power back up is available in the villa. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
