King Suite with a 50" screen TV/fire stick that overlooks the pool. Queen bed, TV/fire stick. Guest room with 2 twin beds. Living room and kitchen is open concept, great for entertaining. The couch in the front room is a Queen sized pull out mattress. We have a large kitchen area, including a coffee bar with a Keurig and traditional coffee maker; toaster oven/air fryer; blender, etc. Lounge by the pool or relax on the outdoor couch/chairs in the screened in lanai in our private backyard. We are very family oriented and offer amenities geared towards making the whole family comfortable. Guest access Only the garage is off limits. Other things to note We do have a gas grill available for BBQs. We have kayaks, a pack n play, and blow up mattress available upon request.
