Welcome to our house. If you are looking for somewhere to stay away from the city's daily caos and just relax this is the place. This spacious, isolated, simple, stunning, rustic getaway destination with a breathtaking ocean view front is perfect for relaxing in small or big groups. Events allowed. Guest access You will have a concierge at your service free of charge. The entire house will be available for you to use (private pool/basketball court inside the property as well). We also have a second house inside the property that is for employees only, convenient if you travel with maids of chauffeurs. Free parking space inside the premises for 12 vehicles. Large garden. Quiet and rural area around the property where you can enjoy the fresh air, go for a walk and recreate enjoying the trees, the sea and nature. Other things to note Answers to FAQ: - The entire property is private including the pool and jacuzzi, everything is exclusively available for your use only. - 2 nights minimum per stay. - 20 overnight guest maximum. - All room include their own A/C. - Event capacity for 300 guests. - 2 babies <2 years old free of charge. - Minimum age for renting is 21. - No pets allowed. - Food not included. - Fridge, extra freezer and industrial stove included. - We can suggest someone who can cook for you during your stay ($25 dls daily). - $15 per additional guests daily. - We rent extra tables and chairs for big events (weddings, christian retreats, large birthdays parties, etc) if needed (please contact us for more info). - The entire property is disinfected after and before each stay (COVID19 Safety Measures).
