The space All rooms are spacious, equipped with air conditioning and large beds (we do not use bunk beds). Villa Alia is ideal for both large and small groups, comfortably hosting up to 24 overnight guests (with option to add more) and up to 300 people for events. Guest access The access roads to the property are in excellent condition. Villa Alia is located on the coast of Playa Palenque. The entrance to the grounds includes a short unpaved stretch of about one minute, still offering wide access for all types of vehicles. The villa provides private parking space for multiple cars, a large garden, and a natural setting surrounded by trees and the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The property will be exclusively yours and your group’s. We also offer a staff area, ideal if you are traveling with drivers or household helpers. You will have a complimentary 24/7 concierge at your disposal, responsible for security and the optimal maintenance of the villa, ensuring your stay is comfortable and worry free. If we are unable to welcome you personally, our concierge will greet you upon arrival and remain at your service throughout your stay. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions: - The entire property, including the pool and jacuzzi, is private and exclusively for your use. - Minimum stay: 2 nights. - Maximum overnight capacity: 30 guests. - All rooms feature individual air conditioning. - Event capacity: up to 300 guests. - Minimum age to rent: 21. - Pets are not allowed. - Food is not included. - The villa has a fridge, extra freezer, and industrial stove. - We can recommend a cook for $65 USD per day. - Additional guests: $15 USD per person per day (negotiable depending on quantity).
