Bedrooms Bedroom One (Ground Floor)A king-size room with dresser wardrobe and bedside lamps, opening directly into an accessible en-suite wet room — complete with walk-in shower, grab rails, non-slip flooring, and a heated towel rail. Bedroom Two (Ground Floor)Two single beds (configurable as a king on request), with built-in wardrobe and a family bathroom just next door — featuring a bath with overhead rainfall shower and handheld attachment. Perfect for families with young children. Bedroom Three (First Floor)A characterful, open-plan room with two single beds, a cosy seating area, wall-mounted Smart TV, and Velux balcony windows that open outward for a wonderful treetop feel. Please note: sloping ceilings mean some restricted head height in parts of this room. Outside Step out onto the private terrace overlooking the woodland — ideal for morning coffee or evening meals al fresco. After a day on the beach or a muddy woodland walk, the warm outdoor dog shower is an absolute game-changer. Parking for two cars on the driveway. Please note: external ground is gravel and the garden is not enclosed. Location Woodland walks start right from the driveway. Coastal paths, the beaches of Cromer and Sheringham, charming market towns, cycling routes, and a host of dog-friendly spots are all within easy reach. North Norfolk at its very best — and it's all right on your doorstep. Other things to note You will have access to a nearby private swimming pool and spa facility at Felbrigg Lodge, set within the woods just a short walk (approximately 1 minute) from the cottage. The spa and pool are independently owned and operated; we don't manage bookings or availability on their behalf All reservations must be made directly with the spa, and access cannot be guaranteed during your stay Hot Water The cottage uses an eco-friendly air-source heat pump connected to a large cylinder — great for the environment, and perfectly capable for most stays. To get the best from it: The system provides enough hot water for around 3 consecutive showers If you have a larger group, please stagger shower use or keep them a little shorter Allow some time between uses for the system to reheat Travel Cot & Highchair Both are available at the cottage. The cot comes with a standard firm mattress — please bring your own cot bedding. Bedroom Two Configuration Bedroom Two is set up as two single beds by default. If you'd prefer a king-size, just let us know at the time of booking and we'll arrange it ahead of your arrival. Upstairs Velux Windows The balcony-style Velux windows in Bedroom Three do not have blinds. In practice, this is rarely an issue — the rural setting means very little external light at night. EV Charging A shared EV charger is available on-site, charged at £0.40 per kWh. Please request access in advance so we can unlock it remotely for you. Garden & Outdoor Safety The garden is not fully enclosed. Children and pets should be supervised when outside. BBQs BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Stair Safety For families with young children, there is a door at the bottom of the stairs and a fixed stair gate at the top.
