Tiny house, big charm - one small pet is welcome 🐾 Enjoy your stay in this newly renovated tiny house with a unique mezzanine bedroom, tucked in a charming village near Lincoln & Newark. The train station is within walking distance, with a cosy pub at the heart of the village. Inside, you’ll find a fresh new bathroom, a dining nook that doubles as a workspace, and a well-equipped kitchenette with hotplate, toaster, kettle, fridge & Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Perfect for couples or solo stays. The space The tiny house is located within the grounds of our main property, at the end of our drive. Guests have their own outdoor chilling area to enjoy, while the rest of the garden is used by our family - and shared with our dog, Szilva, who is very much part of the family 🐾. Please note: because of the mezzanine bedroom and ladder access, the space isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. If you’d like the outdoor dining area set up for al fresco dining, as shown in the photos, just message us and we’ll do our best to have it ready for your arrival. Enjoy lovely walks through the surrounding fields - perfect with your pup - and discover local gems like Doddington Hall Farm Shop & Café, Whisby Nature Reserve, and National Trust Belton House.
