Located on a third floor of a colonial building consist of two bedroom and one bathroom and its a equip with everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. The bedroom located on the north side of the apartment has a full size bed, double wooded doors that gives direct access to the balcony providing you with a spectacular view of Comunidad La Perla and unobstructed breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. The second bedroom its equip with a queen size bed. There are individual A/C units in each bedroom, clean linen, clean towels and closet space. To wind down after a day of visiting Old San Juan, the living room its equipped with a comfortable sofa/bed, a smart TV with Hulu, Disney +, Netflix and few other apps. The bathroom its equipped with basic toiletries items such as liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and a hair dryer. The small kitchen with granite counter tops come with a refrigerator, coffee pot and kitchen accessories to cook small meals or heat up leftover form the local restaurants. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment to include two bedrooms, the kitchen area, bathroom, living room and a balcony with a breath taking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Other things to note Remember that you are in a Tropical Island and while I do my best to keep insects out of the apartment, I need you to do the same by storing any food and leftovers in the refrigerator, cleaning and storing dishes after each use and taking out the trash every day. There are recycle bins in about every corner in Old San Juan, don't be afraid to use them. Also remember that majority of the buildings are 100 + years old and the plumbing connected to the sewer system is even older. Do not throw anything down the toilet, use the trash bin located in the bathroom for all disposable items such as toilet paper, sanitary pads, latex and dispose of it every day. This would make your stay more enjoyable and will also avoid having the security deposit forfeited to pay for an emergency plumbing services. Parking for non-residents or visitors is very limited and no car is needed to get around the narrow cobble stone streets in Old San Juan. There about five parking garages located within the Old City with prices that ranges between $4 to $25 a day. If you decide to bring a car and find street parking (not recommended), be aware of the small NO PARKING signs located in street corners to avoid a $250 parking fine.
