This spacious vacation home is spread over two floors, has 5 rooms and offers enough space for 8 people. On the ground floor, the living and dining area with fireplace and open kitchen forms the center of the vacation home. Upstairs is the indoor sauna for your private SPA experience. Two terraces offer either relaxation or a place for communal meetings. The cottage is located directly on a large meadow with plenty of space to enjoy, let off steam and play. The space The comfortably furnished vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining area (about 40 m²), a walk-in closet on the upper floor, 2 terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. Light-flooded high windows and doors let the view wander outside and invite you to dream. The vacation home is ideal for the large family group or groups of travel friends who also enjoy cooking together. The location of the vacation home is not only interesting for hikers, cyclists, sporty cyclists and mountain bikers. Guest access We are happy to provide a travel crib and highchair free of charge. Please register before arrival. Miele washing machine is in the laundry room and can be used by guests for a fee. On the ground floor, the bright living and dining area with a cozy fireplace forms the heart of the house. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. Right next to it are a bedroom with two single beds, a modern shower room and a practical storage room. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable hotel beds. Upon your arrival, the beds are already freshly made. In addition, a terry cloth package with a hand towel and a bath towel is available for each person. Another highlight is the shower bath with an adjoining sauna, which invites you to a private spa experience. Two terraces are available. The large meadow right by the house invites you to experience nature – enjoy the wide view of the countryside, let off steam or relax in the heart of the peaceful landscape. The air conditioning in the living room and on the upper floor ensures pleasant temperatures in the house on hot days. The vacation home has two parking spaces, which are located in an adjacent central car park. Information on the tourist tax and other costs City Taxes: The visitor's tax will be charged upon reservation. In the event of changes to the bylaws, the amount of the visitor fee may change before your arrival. The municipality's tourist tax applicable at the time of travel is decisive. Sauna: The use of the private sauna is billed at €0.50 per kWh depending on usage. This means you only pay for the energy you actually use for the sauna during your stay. Firewood: Firewood for the fireplace is available upon your arrival and can be purchased on site if needed. Washing machine: A shared washing machine is available for our guests in a central location on the vacation home property. Use costs 4.00 € per wash. Detergent is already included.
