Two terraces offer either relaxation or a place for communal meetings. The cottage is located directly on a large meadow with plenty of space to enjoy, let off steam and play. The space The comfortably furnished vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining area (about 40 m²), a walk-in closet on the upper floor, 2 terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. Light-flooded high windows and doors let the view wander outside and invite you to dream. The vacation home is ideal for the large family group or groups of travel friends who also enjoy cooking together. The location of the vacation home is not only interesting for hikers, cyclists, sporty cyclists and mountain bikers. Guest access We are happy to provide a travel crib and highchair free of charge. Please register before arrival. Miele washing machine is in the laundry room and can be used by guests for a fee. Another highlight is the shower room with adjoining sauna, which invites you to a private SPA experience. Two terraces are available. The large meadow directly by the house invites you to experience nature – enjoy the wide view of the countryside, let off steam or relax in the middle of the quiet landscape. The air conditioning in the living room and on the upper floor ensures pleasant temperatures in the house on hot days. The vacation home includes two parking spaces, which are located in an adjacent central parking lot. New from 2026: For a completely carefree stay, the beds are freshly made upon arrival, and a terry towel package per person is now part of the standard equipment. So you can enjoy maximum comfort from the start – without additional booking. Information about the visitor's tax and possible additional costs: The visitor's tax is calculated at the time of booking. In the event of changes to the statutes, the spa contribution rate may change until your arrival. The visitor's tax calculated by the municipality is always to be paid. Sauna: For responsible and fair use of the sauna, we rely on a separate billing of €0.50/kWh. So you can enjoy our wellness offer at a minimum usage price – without any flat-rate surcharges in the rent. Firewood: We will provide you with firewood for your fireplace upon arrival and it can be purchased if necessary.
