Description

Experience total privacy and tranquility at the end of a one-way street in the middle of the forest, yet close to shops and craft cafés. This log cabin was built sometime around 1850 according to traditional Swedish construction technology and has recently been upgraded to meet modern standards. Around the cottage, you will find traces of another time, including the exposed timber wall and the wood-fired central heating. Here you can pick mushrooms around the house, enjoy the warmth by the fireplace or just be. The space Rhe cabin, or "torp" in Swedish, is located at the end of a one way road surrounded by forest. Despite it's proximity to Arvika town it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Guest access The guests can use the main house, guest house and play house on the property. Guests are also allowed to get firewood from the woodshed in the barn.
