On the ground floor you will find a living room with sofa bed, coffee table, equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, SENSEO coffee machine, fridge, freezer) and a shower room with vanity unit, hairdryer. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, TV, a retractable wall table and a toilet area. Outside, you can enjoy a shared indoor courtyard area with a table and 2 chairs for lunch. The check-in procedure is completely autonomous for more flexibility, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located at the gates of Paris, it will allow you to make the most of your stay in the capital. You can easily access local shops (bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants) in just 2 minutes on foot. The RER B "Gentilly" is just a 3-minute walk away, allowing you to quickly reach: - the Cité Universitaire in 2 minutes - the Luxembourg Gardens in 6 minutes - Saint-Michel Notre Dame in 10 minutes - Châtelet-les-Halles in 15 minutes - Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (CDG) in 45 minutes Must-sees such as the Louvre Museum, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe are accessible in 25 to 35 minutes by transport.
