South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs. The space Once you have the keys from the key safe, (situated half way down our drive), follow the path to the deck, & patio doors . The light switches are on the R hand side behind the curtain, also by the bed. You’ll find the following: a king size bed, with bedside tables, kitchenette including an under counter fridge with small ice box. There is a kettle, toaster & microwave. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, pint of milk & biscuits. A shower room with basin & loo. There’s a couple of comfy chairs, a small table & chairs & a tv. Out on the decking is a gas BBQ & table & chairs. Guest access The loft & decking are for our guests. Other things to note Access to the loft via a key safe. For our cycling guests we can store your bikes in a secure garage overnight.
