Apartment with ocean view on Smögen

Very nice apartment of 70 sqm/3 rooms on Kleven with all the amenities for a nice and relaxing stay on Smögen. The apartment is of modern standard and has a fantastic sea view towards Hållö, is close to swimming areas and the Smögen pier, and has its own parking in the garage. The space The apartment was completed in 2018 and is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea. The apartment offers an open plan with a nice light. From the hall, you can reach the large living room with two sofas, coffee tables and a 55-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts and has a dining area for 6 people. In the large bedroom, there is a 180 cm double bed and wardrobe storage. In the smaller bedroom, there is a bunk bed (120 cm + 90 cm) as well as a single bed that is pulled out under the bunk bed (90 cm). This bedroom also a wardrobe. In the apartment, there is also a 140 cm air mattress available. The bathroom with shower also has a washer-dryer. On the balcony, there is a sofa group with associated tables for nice meals in the sun, as well as a gas grill. Private parking space with Zaptec charging box for electric car is available. Charging is included. A high chair (Ikea Antilop) is also available. Other things to note No smoking in the apartment, but it's fine on the balcony as long as it's put out in ashtrays. There may be some things left in the refrigerator and in the cupboards (e.g. spices, pasta...) that can be used. Please be considerate of the neighbors and do not make unnecessary noise. If you disturb the neighbors with loud music or otherwise, they can call the disturbance hotline. The cost for this is SEK 3,500 and you as a guest will have to pay that cost.
