The space Upon entering through the main doors, you will be greeted by the beautiful interior of the living area. The living room features a sofa bed and a reclining armchair. A modern fireplace (glass-enclosed) will provide fantastic moments by the warmth and glow of a friendly fire. In the open, fully equipped kitchen adjoining the living room, you can showcase your most secret culinary talents to your guests. A large island provides space for preparing and celebrating meals with friends. This entire space is phenomenally open to the surrounding mountain landscape thanks to massive glazing and access to a large terrace, where you can impress your guests with morning coffee or a drink at sunset. In the kitchen, there's a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, and everything else you might need. On this level, you'll also be surprised by the coziness of the main bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. In the bedroom, a double bed facing a large window and a private terrace will provide you with exceptional experiences every morning. In this bedroom, an additional sofa bed for two offers sleeping space if you're with children or a larger group. You'll find plenty of built-in closets here, perfect for your belongings. If you feel tired from relaxing in the midst of nature, the bedroom also offers a quiet space to answer emails or dial into a business meeting. In the living room, we have architecturally interesting stairs. Downstairs, you'll surprise your two guests with super comfortable beds, a private bathroom, the coziness of the interior, and direct access to the garden. Meanwhile, on the top level, the sloping ceilings fill the space with warmth and coziness. Upstairs, six people can comfortably stay. There are two single beds that can be converted into doubles, as well as a sofa bed. Notice that there are no walls or doors between the levels. The stairs to the lower and upper levels are open. The building is situated on a beautifully landscaped large plot of land, approximately 20 acres. The entire area is fenced, which your pets will especially appreciate. The terrain slopes to the south, providing you with sunlight and views of the surrounding mountain ranges from dawn till dusk. We also have an old shed here, where you can find shelter from the sun or rain with friends. Inside the shed, there's a brick grill where you can provide your friends with a cozy atmosphere for a shared picnic over the flames of a bonfire. We're saving our main attraction for last. The pool is of impressive dimensions, 5x6 meters. Note - it's deep, approximately 180 cm. You'll need to watch out for children, but thanks to this, you can safely jump in from any side. Bring along some extra inflatables and provide your guests with a fantastic time at the private pool, accessible only to you. Next to the pool, there's a hot tub. The water is heated by a wood-fired stove. The tub is lit up, and it has a water massage system. It's the perfect place for a winter dip. Other things to note Our cottage is the perfect getaway for a peaceful retreat, ideal for family gatherings or relaxed time with friends. Please note that loud or rowdy parties are not permitted, and quiet hours in the garden are strictly observed after dark. A quick heads-up: the stairs are narrow and steep, and the wooden floors occasionally creak, adding to the rustic charm.
