Meet all your family holiday needs in this great house. The space The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs has master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, 2 other bedrooms both with a single bed and trundle bed, plus main bathroom, as well as lounge, dining, kitchen, outdoor area and backyard. Backyard consists of spa, inground pool and trampoline, plus outdoor couch and dining table. Downstairs is double garage and self contained studio with queen bed, double fold out couch, kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor courtyard. The house can sleep 8 guests comfortably plus 2 more on a fold out couch. Price is for 8 guests, extra guests are 25 per person per night. A maximum of 10 guests only. Guest access Access is via a locked box with key. Info given once booking confirmed. Access is up the stairs on right hand side of house. Other things to note The whole property is non smoking. No loud noise after 10 pm. No parties allowed.
