Eight bedrooms, five baths, sleeps 16: plenty of amenities, space & features Our multi-level Killington house offers a central location, comfortable accommodations, and plentiful amenities. The house is situated directly off the access road: two miles from the base lodges of Snowshed/Rams Head and walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops, and music venues. The house offers eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a large basement game room (billiards, foosball, lounge area) and two decks. Amenities include: two large HDTVs, a six-person jacuzzi, WiFi, cable, BBQ grill, stone fireplace, full-size washer/dryer, fully-stocked renovated kitchen, and more. We've owned the property since 2007 and since that time it's undergone a major renovation to nearly every aspect of the house. We've put particular emphasis on making the place comfortable and enjoyable, with lots of options snow, rain, or shine. We can accommodate larger groups comfortably. The convenience of the prime location and the numerous luxuries on hand make this one of the best total rental offerings in Killington. Guests can access all rooms shown in the photos. There is an owner's apartment on the side of the house with its own entryway, but my wife and I do not make use of it when we have rentals at the property. We have the highest respect for our guests privacy. We offer a keyless electronic front door lock for entry. No need to make arrangements with a central office to pick up keys for access. As your check-in time approaches, we simply email over the code. The property is located on Killington's noted "access road", better known as Killington Road. That puts our guests in walking distance of many local restaurants and music venues, such as The Foundry, Pickle Barrel, Jax, The Garlic, Sushi Yoshi, and more. Plenty of parking for 12+ cars. That said, most restaurants now offer their own shuttles with free pick up and drop off at their establishments. Because of our location, the shuttles are typically no more than 15 minutes away with a quick phone call.
