Detached house with garden and parking consisting of two bedrooms, a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 160x200 simmons), a Japanese bathroom and toilet, a laundry room, a garden with a terrace in the shade of a large fig tree. Possibility of bed 200x200 or twice 100x200 in the second bedroom according to your preferences. Bedroom on the upper floor air-conditioned, bedroom under the attic with air cooler and minibar. The space The house is a 750m walk from the train station which takes you to Paris in about ten minutes. It has two bedrooms and a living room that can be converted into a bedroom. You can accommodate up to 7 people (be careful there is only one bathroom). If you ever needed more beds (for short stays and on request exclusively) air mattresses are available The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, Japanese toilet, shower gel and 100% vegetable hand soap from the Marseillaise de la Licorne soap factory and organic soft shampoo. A barbecue is available for your use (excluding charcoal) The beds on the 3rd level are modular on request depending on whether you prefer 3 beds or 1 queen bed plus 1 bed of one meter. The house has a parking space. You have to go up the sidewalk to access the parking lot, we recommend parking in reverse if your car is low (we park an SUV and/or smart). If you have several vehicles parking is free in the neighborhood, it is possible to find places either on the street with a bit of luck or nearby. (beware of the market parking which is closed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning). Close to the house (200m) you will find a market, a crossroads city, restaurants, a bakery and various shops including a dry cleaner (the house has a laundry room equipped with a laundry dryer. To thank you for staying with us you will find a gift upon arrival for a bottle of wine or organic fruit juice worth at our partner wine shop which is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. If you can't find your voucher call us so we can notify the wine shop of your arrival. To make your stay as pleasant as possible the house is equipped with fiber optic and a molotov subscription to watch the tnt channels. Guest access You have access to the whole accommodation except for part of the cellar (closets and photo lab). Other things to note The outdoor surveillance camera operates 24 hours a day, the indoor camera can (must) be unplugged upon your arrival and plugged back in when you leave. Photos of the accommodation will be taken before your arrival when preparing beds and then when cleaning after your departure. If any amenity described here or in the house manual is broken or missing please let us know as soon as you arrive.
