Follow us: @arnoldcabinrental The space The cabin is an A-frame open floor plan with two closed bedrooms and one large loft style bedroom. - FIRST LEVEL: Living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry area - SECOND LEVEL: Master loft/bedroom with King bed 2 twin beds, a queen futon, and full bath - OUTDOORS: Large, sunny wooden deck with dining table, lounge seating, a fire pit, BBQ and smoker. •SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS• The cabin sleeps 9 adults comfortably. For 10-12 people (including children), you can use futons, mini pack and plays, etc. Check the bedroom and bed setups to ensure it works for your group. Other features: -Great wifi and cell service - Access to Blue Lake Springs Pool, lakes with beaches and floating docks (seasonal), clubhouse, fitness rooms, and golf (fee). Access to all sorts of snow and sun toys: -BRAND NEW Kayak, Stand Up Paddle Board, and kid's kayak for your use. -Snow toys, including sleds and saucers -Snow suits, snow boots, and gloves for children (ask about sizing) -Sand toys -Beach umbrellas Cabin has a flat paved driveway, snow plow contract in winter, central heat/air conditioning, and a fireplace. This is the perfect beginner snow cabin for folks not super versed in snow driving. Arnold is a PERFECT home base and very close to famous California attractions: -5 min to White Pines Lake & Arnold Rim Trail -10 min to Big Trees Park: giant sequoias, hiking, water -12 min to Murphys: wineries, hip eats and shopping -20 min to Mercer Caverns: cave tour -25 mins to Columbia: cold panning, State Park -30 min to Bear Valley: skiing & tubing -30 min to Spicer Sno-Park: sledding -35 min to Lake Alpine: kayak, largest Alpine lake in CA -1 hour 30 min to Yosemite Guest access Guests have full access to the property minus the one small storage closet. Parking for 3-4 cars on flat paved driveway. Amenities for guests include: -Pool (seasonal, generally closes at the end of Sept) -2 private lakes (Fly-in Acres and Lodge Lake) -All Blue Lake Springs events and activities (swim -lessons, cheer camp, basketball camp, color runs, fishing derbys, waterslides, etc) -access to private restaurant, the Snowflake Bistro -Tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, pickleball -cornhole, ping pong, horseshoes -Basketball Court -Snack Bar and BBQs at the lake -Golf Amenities (pool and lake access) have a daily cost of $20/day or $100/day group rate (up to six people) $400/week (up to 6 people). 5 and under are free. We have thousands of dollars of baby and kid equipment for use (understanding how hard it is to pack and travel with littles), dog beds, doggie gates, and the cabin has limited stairs and no steep driveway for elderly family members. Pet fee is added when you add your party, and it covers all the pets in your party.
