Step inside this spacious, calming, well appointed home with a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every room, comfortable bedding, and relaxing living room furnishings. Come spend your beach stay at "The Grecian House". This luxurious home brings calm to your stay with a sea of blue colors. Located short walking distance to the beach and sound side access. No pets allowed. The space Our guest will have the entire upstairs level of our home and deck. Featuring 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Living Room, Full Kitchen, and Dining Area. Just 1/2 mile to the nearest beach access with parking, we are located west side of HWY 158 close to the beautiful sound with breathtaking sunsets. Boat access nearby for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, crabbing, fishing and more. Bring your camera as the wildlife is abundant. The Public Beach Access features Public Parking, Restrooms, Showers, and Handicap access. Also, just 1 block away is a children’s park and playground located on Hayman Blvd. We are a Duplex with a 1 Bedroom Apartment downstairs occupied. Each bedroom is fully furnished with linens and beds. Towels, microfiber sheets, blankets, mattress pads, pillow and stylish quilts are provided. We provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper in the bathrooms, dish liquid for kitchen with 2 pods for dishwasher to get you started. Parking is available for 3 vehicles. We ask that you park on the left side 2 spaces and 1 in the middle saving the far right for the guest in the private 1 bedroom Suite downstairs. We are a Pet Free and Smoke Free Home due to Allergies of the host. These policies are firm. Guest access 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs home. 2 parking spaces on the left of the driveway and 1 in the middle. Top floor has a balcony with seating. Other things to note Our home is designed for families to enjoy the Outer Banks. Located in the heart of the Outer Banks and close to fine dining, historic sites, and plenty of shops as well as THE best, clean NC beaches.
