Apartment with a garden overlooking the lake. The space After entering through the external gate, there is a common area embellished with a large rose window. After passing this outdoor area shared with the upstairs home, the apartment is in a private area facing south with views up to the Bellagio promontory. The private garden allows you to enjoy the sun in complete tranquility, or cook outdoors on the barbecue. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms plus a living room with open kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people on request and is very bright with 2 large French windows. The apartment has a smart TV and a Playstation 2 with some games. Air conditioning is only available in the master bedroom, which is all wood paneled, with a large ornamental fireplace and a comfortable king-size bed. There are plates, glasses and everything you need for cooking, except the food... you can find that in the area at a great price. We must not forget that there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment, to make your stay more pleasant and less stressful. Guest access A private parking space is available adjacent to the house, so it will not be difficult to move luggage, however it is necessary to take a few steps to get to the entrance. The house is located on a hill and from here there are numerous trails to visit the beautiful mountains above Lake Como. For those who want to get around on foot or by bicycle, a path starts from the side of the house that leads to Gravedona, but you can also use public transport, in fact a few meters from the house there is a bus stop. Other things to note For those wondering, the name "Little Rome" is a tribute to my hometown and the house barely conceals some details that recall its Great Beauty.
