Studio Pacifico is a cozy studio bungalow located in the best location of Santa Teresa: 5-min walk to the beach (surfing), a pool, quick access to a supermarket (2-min walk), and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. The perfect balance of beach access but far enough from main road making it serene. The property is well suited for a variety of guests: couples, digital nomads (Starlink + Wifi + backup power) or several individuals who don’t mind sharing space to save money. The space Studio Pacifico is a well equipped studio with a comfortable king bed and an additional twin bed on the opposite side of the studio. The king bed can be converted into two twin beds, making a total of three twin beds for guests looking to share space. All of the mattresses are high quality foam mattresses imported from the USA for your comfort. The studio has a large private bathroom with a hot water shower. Enjoy the comforts of a full kitchen, oven with stove top, fridge, coffee maker and cookware. Kick back and enjoy your favorite beverage beside the pool on the private terrace with hammock and dining table. Go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon and take a stroll on the beach for sunset. Our high speed internet is professionally installed and offers a dedicated Wifi access point for your individual studio for unbelievable reliability, ability to plug directly via ethernet wire, and full backup power in case of full city electricity outages. Guest access The property is located on a small street just off the main road. There’s no need to climb steep hills, and access is very easy. A 4x4 vehicle is not required to reach the property. The studio is private for just you. The pool is shared with other guests on the property. We offer self check-in and a secured storage area to store your belongings if you choose to check in early or check out late. We do offer on-site parking, however you must notify us prior to arriving in order to reserve your spot. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and we’re unable to take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage involving guest vehicles or belongings Other things to note PLEASE READ - We have several reviews from previous years regarding construction noise from an immediate next door neighbor. That construction has completed and the noise from that neighbor is no longer an issue.
