*Charming studio with a great location*

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars. The space Asunnossa on leveä parisänky, ja sen lisäksi levitettävä vuodesohva. Huoneisto sijaitsee ensimmäisessä asuinkerroksessa, eli kerroksen katutasoa ylempänä. Talossa on hissi, huoneisto ei kuitenkaan ole täysin esteetön vaan muutama porras on sisäänkäynnillä. Kylpyhuone on kompaktin kokoinen joten sinne ei pyörätuoli mahdu. Ruokapöytä on jatkettava, eli ruokailijoita mahtuu tarvittaessa pöydän ääreen 4 kpl. This charming and beautifully decorated studio apartment has everything you need for your stay. It’s located in a perfect spot with only a few minutes walk to both the Sapokka marina and Kotka market square. The apartment is located on the west side of a quiet old stonehouse and has a nice view to the nearby park. Parking is free of charge either on the street or in the parking area of the nearby Sapokka marina, which has also a charging station for electric cars. The apartment has a queen size bed and a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. The apartment is located above street level on the first floor, so it’s not wheelchair accessible due to a few steps at the entrance and the compact size of the bathroom, which won’t fit a wheelchair. The dining table can be extended and seats up to 4 people. Guest access There is 1 large wardrobe reserved for guests, and unfortunately the other wardrobe is not in use but contains maintenance supplies for the apartment. The apartment has a large closet that guests can use during their stay. The second closet is reserved for staff and is not available for guests. Other things to note The key must be picked up at the nearby R-kiosk at the beginning of the stay, unfortunately I have not yet found another way to a working check-in. The guest will have to pick up the apartment key from a nearby R-kiosk when arriving.
