The apartment is on the 6th floor of a conveniently located condominium with a 24-hour security guard, a large swimming pool, and an assigned parking spot. It has a Queen-sized Murphy Bed. Roll-up curtains and blackouts allow for the apartment to be filled with natural lighting and to provide privacy and block out light for resting and sleeping. The fully-equipped kitchen (with pots & pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, stove, and refrigerator) has new appliances and a breakfast counter with two stools. On the balcony, there are two lounging chairs with a small coffee table, to sit and enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean. The apartment has an air conditioning unit, a ceiling fan, and WiFi internet, an iron and ironing board; beach chairs and towels are included. Guest access Building amenities include a picnic area with BBQ pit, as well as a playground area - all with very easy access to the beach! Please note that some building amenities, such as the pool and courts, may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. We appreciate your understanding as the facilities are kept in top condition.
