Rent studio sleeps 4 (ideal couple with children) completely renovated in 2022. The residence is located in the Môle district close to the beach and the port (300 m) and all amenities, with swimming pool, tennis, boulodrome and private parking closed in the basement. The studio is fully equipped with new air conditioning, induction hob, oven, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, flat screen TV, hair dryer, iron... The studio is located on the ground floor and has a 30 m2 terrace. Other things to note Possibility of provision: * bed sheets: €12/set per week. * Bathroom towels: €6/for two bath towels per week. - Upon arrival, a security deposit of €450 (damage or other) and a security deposit of €50 (cleaning not done or poorly done) will be requested.
