The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. We have two 4K TVs (one in the living room and one in the front bedroom) and a smaller TV in the back bedroom. There is a small workstation setup for remote work in the living room with both WiFi and ethernet cable access and board games available for your entertainment. A beautiful view over the river and a full kitchen also await you! *Brand New Ductless AC units in both bedrooms & living room!* The space Leisure The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. (Please feel welcome to let us know if you have a favorite - we'll do our best to stock it for your stay!) You can also enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful Yamhill River running along the entire backyard of the property. Utilities There is a full-size washer and dryer in the basement in case you need to catch up on your laundry. Enjoy our full kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, sink, cooking utensils and gadgets galore. Basic staples like butter, oil, and salt and pepper are on hand, and there is a local grocery store nearby if you prefer to cook at home. We also include plenty of coffee and tea options. For a quick snack or drink there is also a convenience mart just 3 doors down. Nearby From the Casita Del Rio it’s just a quick drive to nearby wineries, McMinnville and its historic downtown area, and world-famous Oregon beaches (with the Grand Ronde Casino on the way). There are two wineries directly in town and dozens more in the larger Willamette Valley. Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback. Other things to note Please note: we do allow pets at the property, however we ask that they not be permitted to sit or climb on any of the furniture or in the back (carpeted) bedroom. Please note to be careful with pets outdoors, there is traffic nearby and sadly we do not have a fenced or contained outdoor area for pets. Early check-in may be requested for an additional $30.
