Guest access We will be happy to organize a welcome meeting and personally welcome guests, show them the apartment in detail, hand over the keys and provide all the information and useful indication to ensure their stay is rewarding and comfortable. If you know your arrival time in Florence, we would be happy if you could kindly let us know, so that we can better organize our welcome meeting. If you arrive in Florence before the time slot indicated for check-in, we will try to speed up the cleaning and remodeling of the apartment as much as possible, anticipating your entry into the apartment and limiting the time of your kind wait to a minimum. If you would like to store your luggage in the meantime to facilitate a first excursion into the city, you can leave it safely in the apartment during cleaning or, if the previous guests are still present, in a practical luggage storage nearby that we can indicate to you. In case, for technical reasons or unforeseen events, you cannot arrive at the apartment in the indicated check-in time slot and you are forced to postpone your arrival in the evening: no problem! We will be happy to provide you with all the assistance you need until your arrival in Florence and to welcome you at any time. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (approximately 90 steps) and currently has no lift as it is located in a protected historic building and it requires a long process to obtain the necessary authorizations for installation. The access stairs, which can be reached from a private entrance for the exclusive use of guests, are furnished and spacious; the "Renaissance" style steps guarantee a non-steep and comfortable climb. It will be our concern to provide all the necessary assistance to those who, due to physical impediments or particularly heavy or bulky luggage, may encounter difficulties in the ascent. All the spaces of the house have been created to offer maximum comfort to our guests, who will be able to use them entirely and in absolute freedom.
