Please visit my profile page to check out my other listings. 1> Location - @ Phoolbagan | ~ 8 min walk from PhoolBagan Metro Station 2> Bedroom - It's an airconditioned double bedroom 3> Bathroom - Attached bathroom with the bedroom with shower facilities 4> Kitchen - Shared kitchen with another guest. The kitchen contains all basic amenities. Guests need to buy their own condiments. 5> Dining Space - Shared with another guest. Basic dinnerware provided 6> Wifi - High-speed internet available throughout the property 7> Property Access - Apartment gates are open between 5 AM -11 PM. 8> Requirements beyond these times need to be arranged beforehand. 9> Wheelchair Access - Lift access throughout the property including the terrace 10> Care Taker - There is a dedicated caretaker for the apartment for any requirements during the stay 11> Terrace Garden - There is a beautiful terrace garden maintained by myself. You are welcome to enjoy it. 12> Power back up- We do not have any facility for power back up as we rarely have power cuts. 13> Parking - Available free of cost outside. No parking is available inside the building . 14> Smoking Area - Dedicated smoking areas in the terrace garden and the backyard 15> Luggage Storage - I can offer luggage storage for early check-in or late checkout 16> Drinking water:-Available in the kitchen. 17>Cleaning:- Fresh bedding & towels are delivered weekly. Guests under a week would be given one fresh set during check-in. Additional cleaning during stay is available at an extra cost. The cleaning price in the booking is for after you have left the property. 18> ID Verification- [Read Carefully]- Guest needs to send the IDs (of all guests who will check in) through the Airbnb app chat, once the booking has been confirmed. After this, we would be sharing the check in information. 19 > Washing machine- Available in the building at an extra cost. ABOUT THE BOOKING 1> Early Check-in - Check-in before time can be arranged provided there isn't checkout. I offer a luggage storage facility and waiting areas for the guests. 2> Booking Discounts - The website would offer discounts based on the length of stay over a week or a month 3> Offline Booking - I do not allow offline booking for new guests. 4> Booking Confirmation - Along with relevant check-in information would be shared once the booking is confirmed.
