Room in the heart of the university area

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Zaragoza. 1 minute from the tram stop, 2 minutes from the large park, and next to a local police station for peace of mind. Only the room with the common areas is rented, the host does not use the house as a regular home so I will normally only go to give keys and return them, however I live in Zaragoza for anything.
