The Hobbit House at June Farms

Watch June Farms on Amazon Prime Video! Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Highland cows, spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! From June 1 - Labor Day, the bar & restaurant is open most days for you to enjoy (check our calendar to be sure). We look forward to meeting you! The space The space was built in 2022 and was custom made for June Farms! It was built into the hillside of our 120-acre property and is within walking distance (150 feet) of our farm animals and The Pony Barn bar and restaurant. Guest access Anytime you visit June Farms you have access to all 120 acres, and can explore the farm meeting all of our happy farm animals! Other things to note IF THIS PROPERTY IS BOOKED, PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT OUR "AIRSTREAM" PROPERTY. YOU WILL LOVE IT! (It has a hot tub!) Please keep in mind that when you visit June Farms, the most special part is being in nature, and your ability no matter when you stay with us, to walk around and visit with all of the farm animals. Because we are a very popular event space, you should NOT expect the bar and restaurant to be open when you are visiting because we may rent out the bar/restaurant privately at the last minute. This will not affect your reservation, or your ability to walk around the farm. However, there will be no food and bar service on the property if we do have a private event, in which case you will need to visit one of the neighboring fine restaurants or grocery stores. Please note: due to high demand there are no refunds on cancellations if you book directly with us.
