Double bedded room for one person in family home.

Cosy single occupancy room in family home. with WiFi. Other family in the house are my husband, and son. We are 10-15 min away from Perth city in the car. There are buses available into town. Where we live you will feel you are in the countryside but only a few minutes walk from our home we have a large Tesco's, McDiarmid Park football ground, Dobbies garden Centre, the Glover Arms Restaurant, Huntingtower Hotel and right next door Huntingtower Castle. The space The bedroom has a double bed with a desk/ dressing table and a TV with Roku BBC iplayer only. There are locks on the inside of the room for your privacy. Your room has a connecting door to the bathroom. Ther is a kettle, cafetiere, tea, coffee, water and some snacks provided. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the guest lounge / dining space which is for guests but may also be shared by family members. The lounge has a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery etc in it for your use. During your stay I always hope to be at home to meet you but if for some unusual reason I am unable to, there is a key box you can enter the house with. Also if you have any queries during your stay I am always available by text, etc if not at home. Other things to note There is a set of 16 stairs to access bedroom. Registration Details PK12548F
