The space Beautiful tri-level home with all three bedrooms on the top floor. Primary suite has 5-piece bathroom with large soaking tub & double sided fireplace. Bedroom opens to a private, covered deck with the best water view in the house! Two additional large bedrooms on the upper level share a full bathroom. Main level with beautiful Acacia hardwoods has a spacious entryway, living room with vaulted ceilings & huge windows. A quiet office is next to the open concept living & dining areas & large, well stocked kitchen with island & wine fridge. These rooms all overlook the view of Gig Harbor. Front entry & laundry room are also on the main floor. The walk-out basement has a couch & TV, pool table, fireplace, gym & full bathroom. Basement walks out to a fully fenced grass yard & patio with large hot tub & peekaboo water view. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy with the exception of the garage, pantry, master closet, and basement storage rooms which are all locked & off limits to guests. Other things to note *2026 World Cup—30-40 minute drive from Bremerton Ferry. Ferry is a short 30 minute ride to Seattle. For reservations longer than 3 weeks, we require a mid-stay house cleaning to keep the home in good order. The cleaning does not include laundry or bed making. There is no additional charge for this cleaning. The driveway to our home is very steep. The parking spots are level. There is room for no more than 2 cars to park in front of the home. There is no street parking. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS LISTING! For those who are allergic to dogs, the owners live in the home for the portion of the year when they are not renting on Airbnb, and they do have two dogs. Our house is on a septic system. Please don’t flush tampons, wipes (even “flushable” wipes), Kleenex, etc. Only toilet paper. Other items may be disposed of in the trash. We provide Cottonelle toilet paper, as it is best for our septic system. For month plus stays, if you purchase your own toilet paper please purchase Cottonelle. Please no oil or solids down the kitchen sink drains. Dispose of these items in the trash. If you use the Blackstone grill on the deck, it must be scraped & cleaned after each use. Then with heat on, add a good amount of avocado oil and spread it on. Otherwise it will rust. Our landscapers come by every 10 days or so during the Spring, Summer & Fall. Please do not move the sprinklers on the lawn. They are on timers to water the sod.
