Relax with the family in this lovely "basement apartment" on 2 levels. The home is located in Strandhuse/Kolding close to the Museum Trapholt, Kolding Fjord and shopping opportunities. It is located in a scenic area close to the beach and forest as well as lots of cultural experiences. Within a radius of 4 km you can experience Kolding House, Trapholt, Slotssøbadet, Kolding Centrum and much more. In the small breakfast kitchen it is possible to prepare your coffee and breakfast. There is no possibility of frying and cooking. The space We live in a typical Danish house from the 1930s with wooden floors, so you can expect it to creak a little. We live here ourselves, but the children have moved, so we now have plenty of space and would like to share it with others. We have a black male cat named Pedro, if he should look in the windows. The basement apartment is on 2 floors Entrance + the small bathroom is on the ground floor and where you enter through the front door. The living room/bedroom and breakfast kitchen are in the basement, so you have to go down the stairs to get to the living room/bedroom. In the kitchen, you will find an electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hand mixer, stick blender and toaster as well as various plates, glasses, cutlery, knives, etc. There is free coffee and tea for you :-) It is not possible to cook real food, as there is no oven or stove. Guest access You have full access to the basement as well as the main entrance and the small bathroom on the ground floor. There is also Chromecast so you have the option to stream. But can mostly be reached by phone :-) Other things to note The "apartment" is on 2 levels, so there are a lot of stairs. When you enter the front door, you are on the ground floor. Here you will find an entrance and a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the basement you will find: 1 large room containing: double bed, sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs. TV, cabinet, desk with office chair. A small kitchen that contains: Plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc., coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender and a refrigerator. There is NO possibility to fry/cook food.
