A snug and cozy cottage centrally located in one of Cincinnati’s historic sought after neighborhoods. Find yourself drinking coffee and listening to the morning birds on the front porch, a matter of a couple blocks distance to Mariemont Square, or be in downtown Cincinnati in 15 minutes! The backyard features a fire pit and an outdoor dining table. Did we mention we are pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard?! Don’t leave your furry friends behind during your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the home, including basement and garage. There are owner’s tools and storage in some areas of basement and garage and guests are asked to be respectful of owner’s property. Other things to note The backyard is half gravel / half grass. The gravel helps keep the mud off of the animals.
