Located near the heart of Virginia and rich in history, Louisa County is home to Lake Anna, wineries, charming towns, and much more. Our property is on the National Register of Historic Places. The space Ethel’s Suite c. 1906 This elegant and spacious suite is located in the first floor. It has a Victorian queen bed along with an armoire, an antique footed tub and shower in the private bath, two large reading chairs, TV, ceiling fan, and southeast windows. Central heat and air conditioning system. Accommodates two. Guest access The 2 parlors on the first floor are open to all guests. One is the TV and video parlor at the south porch and the other parlor is the music room and is adjacent to the dining room. Many guests have enjoyed breakfast or cocktails on the breathtaking front porch or taken in the lovely views from the large sundeck. Other things to note Included in your stay is breakfast where we feature locally made quiche, hard boiled eggs , ham and cheese, bagels and cream cheese, english muffins, sweet muffins, large fruits, assorted berries, various cereals and granola, yogurts, teas and coffees. Breakfast is served in our magnificent dining room which also hosted the original meetings of the Louisa Courthouse Chapter of the DAR in 1935.
