Premium Room 504 in an equipped apartment

A central and spacious room, with basic services included, hot water, electricity, gas, internet... within a large apartment on the fifth floor. Fully equipped kitchen, 65" Smart TV, spacious and equipped living and dining room. There is a laundry area for tenants on the floor immediately above the apartment. The space 1.5-seat bed, ONLY one person can enter, it has its own bathroom with electric water heater. Towels and PH are provided upon check-in (only for short stays). Guest access Access to your room is unique to the tenant, for which you are given a key. The common areas are available to the tenant and are cleaned regularly every two weeks. You can receive visitors at a certain time, but they must be scheduled and reported to those in charge. During your stay You will be provided with the numbers to contact shortly, in order to schedule building access.
